The list of voices comes from your device and browser, not from this site, so it differs from machine to machine. macOS and iOS expose the voices installed in the system, while Windows shows only those bundled with the language packs in Settings. If the language you need is absent, download that language's speech data in your operating system's settings and reopen the browser. Chrome also serves some voices only while you are online.
