A screenshot sitting inside a device reads as a working product far more strongly than a bare rectangle of interface. For a mobile app in particular, showing the physical size of the handset is what makes text size and button spacing feel real. Just be careful that the frame does not eat the screen: the point of a mockup is the interface inside it, not the hardware around it.

The frames offered here are generic shapes that carry no manufacturer logo or trademark. Even so, using an image that resembles a real product in advertising can become a problem if it implies that the manufacturer endorses your app or service. If you also add store badges or a manufacturer's mark, read that company's published brand guidelines and follow the rules they set.
